Entrust us with your luxury pieces: we take care of everything — authentication, professional photography, marketing and shipping — and you receive your share as soon as the sale is complete.

How it works

Submit your items — Email your photos and a short description to contact@heritageselection.com (the website contact form does not allow photo attachments). For each item: photos of the front, back, interior, corners and markings, plus the purchase receipt if you have it. We reply within 3 business days with an estimated selling price.
Ship or drop off — Once the estimate is accepted, send us your items. Each piece is inspected and authenticated in accordance with our authenticity guarantee.
We sell for you — Professional photography, an optimized product listing, and exposure to our clientele across North America and Europe.
You get paid — As soon as the sale is finalized and the return period has passed, your share is paid within 10 business days (Interac e-Transfer or bank transfer).

Commission structure

Your share is calculated on the final selling price. The more valuable the piece, the higher your percentage.

Example: a bag sold for $3,800 earns you $3,040.

Consignment terms

Minimum value: we accept items with an estimated selling price of at least $300 CAD.
Accepted brands: luxury houses and renowned designers (Louis Vuitton, Chanel, Hermès, Dior, Gucci, Saint Laurent, Tiffany & Co., etc.).
Condition: items must be in good condition or better, according to our condition scale. Heavily worn or damaged pieces may be declined.
Duration: the consignment period is 90 days. After 30 and 60 days, a price adjustment may be suggested to help the piece sell.
Unsold item: at the end of the 90 days, you choose between extending the consignment, taking your item back, or receiving a buy-back offer.
Authenticity: any item whose authenticity cannot be confirmed is returned to the seller.
