Preparation

Each piece is carefully inspected, packaged, and shipped within 1 to 3 business days following the confirmation of your order. During periods of high demand, this timeframe may be slightly extended.

Delivery

Héritage Sélection offers shipping to Canada, the United States, as well as internationally. Available options will be displayed at checkout, based on your delivery address.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated automatically when validating your order. Depending on your location and the total value of your cart, free shipping may be offered.

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Canada: 1 to 7 business days

  • United States: 6 to 10 business days

  • International: 6 to 15 business days

These timeframes are indicative and may vary depending on transport conditions.

Tracking

As soon as your order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided to you so you can track your package with complete transparency.

Transport

Once handed over to the carrier, your order becomes their responsibility. Héritage Sélection cannot be held liable for any loss, theft, or damage occurring during transit.

Customs and Taxes

For deliveries outside Canada (United States, European Union, United Kingdom, and other destinations), the displayed prices do not include local taxes (VAT) or applicable customs duties.

These fees are determined by the customs authorities of the destination country and are collected directly by the carrier upon delivery. As an indication:

  • European Union: 20% VAT on the value of the package, which may be added to potential customs duties and clearance fees

  • United Kingdom: VAT applicable according to current regulations

  • United States: Customs duties based on the declared value

These fees remain entirely the responsibility of the customer and are payable to the carrier upon receipt. We invite you to check with your country's customs authorities before finalizing your purchase.

International Returns

Customs duties and taxes paid during import are not refundable by Héritage Sélection in the event of a return, as these are handled by local authorities. Please consult our return policy for more details.
