RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

ORDER CANCELLATION

Cancellation requests are accepted within 2 hours following order confirmation, provided the order has not been shipped. Please write to us at contact@heritageselection.com.

RETURNS — ONLINE ORDERS

Only regular-priced items are eligible for a return. You must notify us of your intention to return the item within 48 hours of receiving the package at contact@heritageselection.com, including your order number. The item must be returned to us within 10 days of receipt.

ELIGIBILITY CONDITIONS

The item must be in its original condition, unworn, and showing no signs of use. The "Héritage Sélection" security tag must be intact and not removed. All original accessories must be included (dust bag, certificate of authenticity, box, etc.). Any item that does not meet these conditions will be refused.

COMPENSATION METHOD

Once the item is received and inspected, a store credit equivalent to the value of the item will be issued to you. Store credit does not expire. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

FINAL SALES

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Items purchased on sale or with a promotional code

  • Items purchased via a payment plan (layaway)

  • Jewelry (for hygiene reasons)

  • Sales made in person or during pop-ups and events

RETURN SHIPPING

Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend using a service with a tracking number and insurance. Héritage Sélection is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages during return transit.

LEGAL WARRANTY AND NON-CONFORMING ITEMS

The conditions above apply to returns for personal convenience (change of mind). They do not limit in any way your rights under the Quebec Consumer Protection Act.

Each item is authenticated and its condition is documented with transparency (condition grade, detailed photographs, disclosure of visible defects). We invite you to carefully review each description before purchasing. In the event of a disagreement regarding the conformity of a received item, please contact us within 48 hours with supporting photos. Each case is evaluated individually based on our shipping documentation.
